Certification project for Oxfam
During Business Challenge Week at Oxford Brookes University, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to create a volunteer recruitment campaign for the Oxfam Store in Thame. We conducted on-site research to observe operations, understand the product mix, and gather insights from staff and existing volunteers, which helped us identify challenges related to awareness, motivation, and community engagement.
This project enhanced my skills in merging research and design, furthering my interest in impactful design solutions.
